These 2 Questions can predict your success with a Self-managing Organisation

It has puzzled me for some years now:

“How and why have so many organisations failed substantially with making their socalled ‘self-organised teams’ become a success?”

I have studied 56 companies in order to be able to answer that question.

I have read 217 articles, books, and research about them.

I even attended a presentation of a PHD thesis about what was claimed to be ‘progressive parts of organisations’.

But it wasn’t until I had personally talked with a substantial number of leaders who had succeeded with forming a Self-Managing organisation themselves, that I found the answer.

And during the process, I discovered something interesting:
